Prepare wash cover and drainage for dirty water
Spray evaporator coil and brush out mold and dust
1st Power Wash
Disinfectant and sanitize coils and blower wheel, kills 99.99% bacteria and viruses
2nd Power Wash Final rinse
Disinfectant and sanitize, clear drain pan and drain line
blow dry coils & blower wheel and wipe down
wash and disinfect/sanitize AC cover and filters

Disinfectant & Sanitizing

Disinfectant and Sanitizer Earth friendly Solution We disinfect and sanitize coils and blower wheel, as well as the cover and filters. Disinfecting and sanitizing will kill 99.99% of all bacteria and viruses and effectively control and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew We only use surfactants (a cleaning ingredient) that biodegrade readily to non-polluting substances, which helps relieve stress on the environment, especially threats to aquatic life.

EVAPORATING COIL

We use pro grade bio safe coil cleaner especially made for coils which is Earth Friendly too. We will power wash thru and behind to get rid of the mold that gets between the coils.

BLOWER WHEEL

The blower wheel is usually the one where the mold and dusts would be piled on each blade which causes the fan to work harder. This causes limited wind power and causes to use more electric than needed. Power wash the mold and dust away and feel the winds of change.

FILTER

All Filters will be vacuumed and cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.

CASING

The casing is removed from the unit and will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized.

LOUVERS

The louvers will also be power washed as well as disinfected and sanitized.

CLEAN DRAIN PAN AND CLEAR DRAIN LINE

We will clean the drain pan and clear the drain line if needed. Disinfected and sanitize drain pan.

CLEAN CONDENSER OUTDOOR UNIT

The outdoor unit power washing is a service we do for a limited time only. This is usually an additional service provided with the cleaning of the inside unit. Power washing the coils to get rid of debris that may cause limited wind flow. Outdoor unit may not need as frequent cleaning as the indoor unit.
